According to “The interim management procedures of Shenzhen private enterprise and SMEs development project funds”(Shenzhen government office No.[2006]232) and “The operation rule of Shenzhen private enterprise and SMEs development project funds”(Shenzhen trade & industry Zi No. [2007]8 ), Shenzhen SMEs service center processed application of”2010 Shenzhen private enterprise and SMEs informationization construction project funds”. The application material collection has been closed on Oct.31 2010. Shenzhen SMEs service center audited all enterprises’ application material, and conducted onsite inspection and auditing, finally 57 enterprises were chosen to present to director of center for second round auditing.

The result was released by Shenzhen Special Zone Daily on Dec.15, 2010. The Enterprises in the list would win funds among 300,000 – 750,000 RMB with a total amount of 27,640,000 RMB. Equilibrium implemented ASV Stuebbe ERP information project was one of the benefit enterprises and win 30% of its total project investment.
