We were so glad to announce that Equilibrium Hi-Tech was honored to receive "Software Enterprise Certificate" and "Software Product Registration Certificate" from National Information Industry Department in December of 2009.

"Software Enterprise Certificate" & "Software Product Registration Certificate"issuing by National Information Industry Department is a set of management rules and regulations, which designed to enhance countryˇs software products management, facilitating software industrial development of nation. Enterprises with these two certificates enjoy preferential policies of government. The preferential policies involve in various fields like financing & investment, tax, industry technology, export, income distribution, talents introduction and cultivating, purchasing, and intellectual property conservation and so on.

Equilibrium successfully received the certificates meaning the positive recognition of National Information Industry Department. Since the establishment of Equilibrium, weˇve been attaching high attentions to intellectual property of R&D, and been trying hard to innovate new technologies. In retrospect Equilibriumˇs development road under our foot, the following magnificent mile stones marked our innovation spirit and took us closer to our target:

Early in 2004, we were pioneer of ASP/SAAS software mode in domestic market, spreading ASP/SAAS service concept and offering the service in China.
