NORMA CHINA Co., Ltd was the subsidiary of NORMA GROUP Holding Company, found in Apr. 2008 with registered capital of 12,000,000 US dollar, located at the seaport of Qingdao, Shandong province, which deemed as world significant manufacturing base and R&D center.

Taking this into consideration, NORMA CHINA decided to apply Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP System) to realize production and business integration and modify supply chain management. The project launched in 2009. Unfortunately, the project implementation did not reach their initial expectation for a variety of uncontrollable factors. Hence, NORMA CHINA has to suspend the project process and reconsider feasibility of project implementation plan from the view of the whole project. NORMA CHINA, eventually, went to Shenzhen Equilibrium which is a local IT consulting service provider with high reputation in this field.
