On 17th February 2009, Shenzhen SMEs Service Center Minister Zhang Yurong, Director Gu Hongwei, Municipal Information Leading Group Office Division Chief Li Zhengxiang, Section Chief Lv Rui and so on came to Equilibrium to investigate the Third Party Enterprise Informationization Service Platform working status.
