    In order to fully enhance Microsoft Dynamics products customer service quality, Microsoft and its global partners work together to carry out this case study. As Microsoft SAAS reseller, Equilibrium initiatively invites your company to participate in this activity. Please refer to the following for the details:

 

    Have a comprehensive understanding of end-user product applications; tap the practical application problems of the end customer, provide a reference to Microsoft Dynamics technology research and development in the future, make Microsoft Dynamics be more proper to customer’s application requirements.

 

End-user contact information will be submitted to Microsoft's customer service team by the appropriate technical service providers.  The customer service team will invite customers to participate in the development of case studies based on the contact information provided by the technical service providers to

Equilibrium customer service department will submit your company relevant contact information to the Microsoft customer service team under the premise of your permission. We are offering incentives to the customers of whose case is formally included in the Microsoft case research and development program.

 

Your Company’s case will be permanently stored in the Microsoft case library and Microsoft's global official website. You could get the free global marketing opportunities, which can bring your company unlimited value-added advertising effectiveness.

Your Company will be given priority access to more and more comprehensive technical support services from Microsoft, and obtain the priority right to participate customer value-added feedback.

Microsoft will timely provide the latest industry-related application solutions which was transmitted by the service provider to your company, helping your company optimize and upgrade the product.

 

Each developed case study will obtain equivalent coupon of RMB 300 based on the following terms and conditions of.

 

Submit Microsoft Dynamics user contact information, contact information must include:　Company name, contact person name and title, phone No., email address, Microsoft Dynamics product name.

The customers which are formally included in the Microsoft case study and development program are required to provide case study material, such as Microsoft Dynamics Product application requirements, solutions, effects and other aspects, which will be delivered to customer service department of Equilibrium. These customers will assist the related person who is in charge of this case in Equilibrium to collate and write, and make the final submission to Microsoft.

 

Information submission from Oct 20, 2009 till Nov 13, 2009

The equivalent coupon of RMB 300 for the case studies will be issued to the customers who formally participate in Microsoft's case research and development programs and the corresponding cases get final approval before in March 2010

 

Only the customers that participate in the case study, assist in the case editing and complete the case development program are eligible for the reward.  All case study documents are validated by Microsoft Customer Service team.

Case study incentives are not applicable to those already working in progress before Oct 19, 2009.

Any disputes subject to Microsoft final decision．

The customer service department of Equilibrium will confirm with your company within a working day after receiving your receipt by telephone and submit your company contact information to Microsoft. We will inform your company the result in the first time after we get the audit result from Microsoft. If your company has been formally included in the Microsoft case Microsoft Dynamics Product end-user research and development programs, Equilibrium will carry out a series of follow-up case research and development work in collaboration with your company.
