In May 2009, Shenzhen Equilibrium Hi-Tech Co., ltd.(will be called as Equilibrium hereafter) announced its successful acquisition of Shanghai Qianqi Information Technology Co., Ltd.(will be called as Qianqi hereafter) and set up its East China headquarter, which not only marked its formal advance to East China market, but also its first step toward the whole country.
